You agree not to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or content that violates our Anti-Spam Policy. We may suspend accounts in breach.

2. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.

3. Data ownership

You retain all rights to your contacts and content. We process data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
