Step-by-step guides for authenticating your domain, cleaning your lists, sending campaigns and keeping your sender reputation healthy.

Getting started

Create an account and confirm the six-digit code sent to your email address.
Add your sending domain under Domains and publish the DNS records shown.
Import a contact list (CSV, TSV, XLSX, XLS or ODS) — every row is checked before it is saved.
Create a campaign, choose a template or blank canvas, set your From name and send.

Sending is blocked until the domain's SPF and DKIM checks pass, so authentication is always in place before mail leaves.

Domains & DNS

Record	Type	Purpose
SPF	TXT	Lists the servers allowed to send for your domain. Keep one SPF record only — merge includes instead of adding a second.
DKIM	CNAME	Publishes the public key that proves each message was signed by your domain and not altered in transit.
DMARC	TXT at _dmarc	Tells receivers what to do when SPF or DKIM fail and where to send aggregate reports. Start with p=none, then move to quarantine or reject.

Since February 2024 Google and Yahoo require SPF, DKIM, DMARC and one-click unsubscribe from anyone sending more than 5,000 messages a day to their users.
Your From address must use the same domain that passes DKIM or SPF — this is called DMARC alignment.

Provider	Where to add records	Watch out for
Cloudflare	DNS → Records → Add record	Switch DKIM CNAMEs to DNS only (grey cloud). Proxied records never verify.
GoDaddy	My Products → Domains → DNS	Paste only the short host; GoDaddy appends the domain. Edit its default SPF instead of adding another.
Namecheap	Domain List → Manage → Advanced DNS	Never type your domain in the Host field.
Porkbun / Route 53 / Wix	DNS Records / Hosted zones / Manage DNS	Leave the host blank for the root domain. Route 53 needs TXT values in double quotes.
cPanel hosts	Zone Editor → Manage	Some versions need the full name with a trailing dot.

Contacts & lists

Open Lists and click Clean list next to the list.
The scan checks syntax, disposable domains, live mail-server (MX) records and your suppression list, in batches of 150.
Review the breakdown: clean, risky, invalid and suppressed.
Click Purge to remove the bad addresses from the list.

Status	Meaning
Verified	Valid syntax and the domain accepts mail.
Risky	Role address (info@, sales@) or other signal that raises bounce or complaint risk.
Invalid	Malformed, disposable, or the domain has no mail server.
Suppressed	Previously bounced, complained or unsubscribed — never mailed again.

Campaigns

Deliverability

Event	What happens
Hard bounce	Address added to suppression; it will not be mailed again.
Spam complaint	Address suppressed immediately and recorded against the campaign.
Soft bounce	Recorded; repeated soft bounces are treated as undeliverable.
Unsubscribe	Suppressed across all your lists.

Bounce rate	Sending paused above 5%	Keep under 2%
Complaint rate	Sending paused above 0.1%	Google asks bulk senders to stay under 0.1% and never reach 0.3%

When paused you see the exact figures. Clean the affected lists and sending resumes once the rate recovers.
