Anti-Spam Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy on unsolicited email.
You may only use htsend.com to send email to recipients who have given you explicit, verifiable permission.
Prohibited
- Purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists
- Misleading subject lines or sender identities
- Emails without a working unsubscribe link
- Content that violates applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
Enforcement
We monitor complaint and bounce rates in real time. Accounts that exceed industry thresholds will be paused, suspended, or banned at our discretion.
